With the pace of life today if you can’t remain focused, you will get swept away.  It is a belief at Keller Williams Realty® that, "If you fail to plan...you plan to fail!"  It is my job as your REALTOR® to assist you with executing that plan every step of the way.  I believe a Real Estate Agent or Broker should act like an advisor.  The individual should listen to your situation and be proactive in helping you find a solution.

My ability to put others first has developed primarily from my faith.  It is that faith that gives me wisdom to know the reason I am here today and feeds the passion I have to help people.  For me, there is more peace and job satisfaction in helping someone else than helping myself.  Through my life experiences I have learned we must help carry each other's burdens.

Being the youngest of eight children helped me learn the meaning of self-sacrifice, team work and value of individual attention.  We all had to work together to get chores done and share time together with our parents.  Having seven older siblings also taught me the very important lessons of knowing your role in life and communicating with others.  I believe this is significant to the job I have today.

Being a REALTOR® is much like the role in my large family...I am a part of a team.  Whether that part is large or small is not important.  The point is to perform MY duties to the best of my ability.  My job is to build relationships with clients, colleagues and vendors so that I might learn the market and know what is needed and wanted.  Employment in the customer service and sales industry has helped me understand the importance of developing relationships.  Experience in fields ranging from the retail shops of the mall to the trading market of the NYSE taught me the impact of supply and demand.

No matter what your occupation everyone understands the significance of getting the best value for your dollar.  Understanding the product and its market value are the challenges.  It is my job as a REALTOR® to obtain that knowledge so that my family, friends and clients may benefit from it.  That is what differentiates me as a REALTOR® from those who are sales people.  I don't want to make you go through a transaction that you are not comfortable with...I want to assist you in the decision making by offering my knowledge, assistance and time.  That is how it... "OTT2BE!"
